Main Market Co-op

Main Market co-op’s mission is to provide wholesome, responsibly sourced food to our community, safe products for the home, and to be a vibrant part of the downtown area and our larger Spokane Community. With equal respect for consumers, producers and the environment, we strive to offer the highest quality with the smallest footprint while growing the strength of the local food system. These are the values of the Jesuit outreach mission, with a particular sensitivity to sustainable living and care for our common home and which Gonzaga students will automatically recognize.

Increase access to fresh local food, and increase awareness about that food by building partnerships with our local farmers.
