Peak 7 Adventures

Outdoor adventure grants us the opportunity to enjoy creation, allowing us to explore wild and extraordinary places while offering an unmatched arena in which to challenge ourselves, push our limits, and express ourselves through action. Unfortunately, outdoor recreation access requires resources and experience that excludes the majority of marginalized communities and under-resourced youth from participation. Peak 7 Adventures was established in 2006 to bridge the barriers that keep our youth from accessing the outdoors. By inviting youth to participate in new experiences and encouraging them to challenge their perception of their limitations, Peak 7 Adventures creates opportunities for them to build confidence, increase their sense of self-efficacy, and help foster resilience.

Peak 7 exists to provide a first-rate outdoor adventure experience that engages youth spiritually, physically, mentally and emotionally to help them realize a greater potential. Peak 7 works with Pacific Northwest non-profit organizations, offering subsidized outdoor adventure programs, including backpacking, whitewater rafting, and rock climbing. Our goal is to bridge the barriers that keep youth from accessing outdoor spaces- we provide the transportation, equipment, permits and trained guides, effectively opening wilderness areas to marginalized and under-resourced youth, minority communities and more.
