International Relief & Human Rights Initiative

We are an independent, non-governmental, non-partisan and not-for-profit human rights organization established in August 2014. We seek to promote Global Human Rights and contribute to the efforts to prevent any human rights abuse and in case they occur, re-establish the victims in their rights, carry out research and awareness raising on human rights abuses and means of preventing their occurrence, and provide support to vulnerable populations and forced migrants
IRHRI has begun the legal registration process as a non-governmental, human rights organization under the Washington Non-Profit Corporation Act, Revised Code of Washington Chapter 24.03; it is a charitable, not-for-profit organization.
IRHRI addresses the entire range of human rights: civil and political as well as economic, social and cultural rights as defined in International Human Rights covenants. This is done through public education, capacity building efforts for the community leaders as well as strengthening collaboration with grass root structures, strategic partnerships, media campaigns, mass empowerment, research, monitoring, documentation and reporting; strategic litigation and legislative analysis, review and advocacy, and a focus on human health.
IRHRI promotes Human Rights and Civic Culture as a foundation for peace, stability, democracy, social justice and sustainable development in the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, Mexico, and African countries with a special focus on the Great Lakes Region.
IRHRI’s mission is to enhance the respect and observance of Human Rights practices and Civic Values, and to promote basic practices through training, education, research, advocacy, and Strategic Partnerships.

 International Relief & Human Rights Initiative is a Non-Profit movement working with people fighting injustice and promoting human rights in Spokane Washington, our aim and missions it is to put our branches in 10 States also setting up Network outside the United State to help building Peace and Democracy and stability in the Great Lakes Region of Africa and other Countries where it will be necessary around the World,
To achieve this Goal we will be working with Volunteers and Institutions of Governments in the Countries where we will be conducting our Activities also we will be cooperating with United Nations European union and African Union as well, we believe to have a Great Support from the United States and Human Rights defenders also we hope to have a Good cooperation with Universities,
The International Relief & Human Rights Initiative envisions a World where Human Rights and fundamental freedoms are universally recognized and respected, and where everyone has the right to defend these rights and freedoms without fear of threats or Attack,
Our missions is to support Human rights defenders through comprehensive protection Programs,
Our programs help defenders build their capacities in order to manage their protection effectively, to allow those that protect them fulfil their obligations, and to convince other individuals and institutions with a stake in the protection of Human rights defenders to maximize their positive contribution, International Relief & Human Rights Initiative always work in partnership with defenders we are also focusing on Human rights Protection defenders our always voice will be talking on Human rights issues democracy and conflict prevention, to ensure that Human Rights and democracy are placed at the Hearts of US EU AU’s Internal and both external policy agenda, this vision should manifest itself in the US Government’s institutions including US Congress and EU and AU which effectively protects Human rights at home and is a force for positive change in the World,
Our daily activities are for publishing and promoting Human rights using our voices to make known violations of these Human rights,
Legal Advocacy against terrorism and war crimes against Humanity and corruption,
Aid and support to those whose rights have been violated,

The International Relief & Human Rights Initiative has started its Activities in the United States of America aiming at supporting Vulnerable Persons who belong to the following Categories,
US Citizens with Disabilities by providing an Advocacy to encourage them in their daily lives in different activities,
We also working to support US Citizens with Low income to provide them Legal Advocacy in their Legal Matters in case will be need in their daily lives,
Refugees and Immigrants Support,
We have Legal Services & Orientation Mobility to the Refugees & Immigrants to backup US Refugee Admission Program and Resettlement Agencies, we do offer Refugee Advocacy and representation for Refugees in different areas inside the United States and outside the United States,
Asylum USA
We help people living in the greater Washington, Spokane areas who do not already have legal representation, cannot afford an attorney, and need help with a claim for asylum or other protection-based form of immigration status. Our Spokane offices can also help people who are seeking asylum from within a nearby immigration detention center. Also help People have Deportation issues, also our Officers or Attorney they do a Referrals our clients to the different Agencies for seeking Financial help,
ASYLUM: We help people who are afraid to return to their home countries because they have suffered harm and/or have a well-founded fear of future harm because of who they are. This may include harm that is based upon their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or some other characteristic about themselves that they cannot change, such as their sexuality.
To apply for asylum, a person MUST apply within ONE YEAR of entering the United States, unless they can show that they qualify for an exception to that rule.
International Relief & Human Rights Initiative also helps people to apply for withholding of removal and for protection under the U.N. Convention Against Torture (CAT).Â

If International Relief & Human Rights Initiative accepts your case, it will be assigned to our attorneys who will represent you free of charge. These excellent attorneys work at a large law Office. International Relief & Human Rights Initiative will guide, train, and mentor your  attorneys so that they will have our support throughout your case.
