Volunteers will help participants navigate basic cell phone use. Many of our participants are unfamiliar with how to navigate smart phones and with more resources and forms only being available online they need help with how to set-up and navigate regular use of their phones.
Common questions are: How to activate my phone? How to turn on or off the sound? How to set up and check voicemail? Where do I find my photos? How to add a contact? How to look up and bookmark shelter and resource sites?
Shifts available: Tuesday or Thursday 12:00-2:00pm
