Community Needs From: Gonzaga University

Adult & Teen Challenge coordinates two large events per year. We are seeking someone who is interested in being an event manager for our golf tournament in July and our gala in October. Duties include: finding and booking venues, working together with clients and suppliers, handling detailed coordination, managing budgets and invoicing, organizing accreditation, managing risk, and presenting post-event reports.

Skills: Computer knowledge, ability to teamwork in a fast-paced environment, willingness to serve in multiple areas.

Assist Outreach Coordinator with all schedules (Evangelism, Compassion, Prevention, Discipleship & Regional)
Perform administration duties: filing, maintaining copies of materials, inventory of materials required from PNW ATC Regional office, printed calendar for staff and students, and any other duties as needed
Skills: attention to detail, advanced computer skills, troubleshooting, ability to maintain confidentiality, good communication.
