At Communities In Schools of Spokane County we work with a holistic approach to ensure that the needs of students are met so they are able to succeed in their education and in life. Many of our students struggle with basic needs, educational empowerment and are looking for adult role models. We have a site coordinator on site in each of our schools who looks for ways to fill those gaps in a way that is individualized to each kid. Many of the ways site coordinators fill these gaps involves volunteer and community support!
