Who We Are

We foster, provide, and teach peaceful problem solving. We support community members in conflict through facilitated dialogue, community education, and training in conflict resolution.

What We Do

We are seeking to expand the understanding and application of basic conflict resolution skills in our community through community dialogue and engagement. Meeting regularly with volunteers, including college students, to develop and enhance the understanding and application of these tools they can then share in their communities is a primary need. Another need we have is office support, answering phone calls of clients navigating conflict (typically housing and family disputes such as divorce), helping walk-in clients make intake appointments with staff, and tabling community outreach events. We will train volunteers and interns in all of these skills, prior experience is not necessary. We are looking for people passionate about conflict resolution, peaceful problem solving, and the constructive power of dialogue to bridge divides and heal relationships, which many university students are connected to through their studies or interests.
