Volunteer with Manzanita House! Manzanita House is a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Spokane, WA created with a commitment to the development of our community and collaborative solutions that view all stakeholders as equals. The name was inspired by the resilience of the Manzanita plant that withstands and thrives in the wake of wildfires, as we see this resiliency in the immigrant community.
Our mission is to embrace, equip, and empower immigrants through access to culturally informed essential services, and facilitate connections to grow deeper roots and thrive in Spokane.
