Gonzaga and The Lands Council of Spokane will be partnering for a tree planting event. The initiative is to foster continued relations between Gonzaga and the greater Spokane community. Plan to get dirty, dig holes, and plant trees to help provide shade along a new pedestrian/bike trail in Spokane Valley. You can also help with water distribution and other support if unable to do other tasks. This is just the beginning of an exciting adventure between Gonzaga and The Lands Council, Spokane’s longest-serving environmental nonprofit.
The event will be held from 10am-2pm, with two shifts, availability to join one or both: 10am-12pm; 12pm-2pm
