Spokane Area Jewish Family Services: Transport seniors to medical appointments

As the population ages, many seniors need support but don't have family close by or other ways to get around, especially when it comes to medical appointments. Jewish Family Services transportation volunteers will be contacted as opportunities arise; the volunteer may accept or decline depending on their availability. Volunteers must be 18+ years old, have use of a car, and have a valid driver's license. A basic background check is required before providing transportation assistance; SAJFS will pay for this.
