Transitions Front Desk Receptionist at the Women's Hearth

Volunteers are teamed up with a staff member to greet people at the front desk. You will have the opportunity to learn firsthand the wide net of resources available for low-income and homeless women in Spokane. Responsibilities include answering the phone, checking in participants, and signing people up for resources like showers, computers, health, and legal services along with accepting and recording donations from the community.
